1. Agreement
By using the Ready Aim Site website or engaging us for design services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use our site or services.
2. Our services
Ready Aim Site designs and builds websites for restaurants and local businesses. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each project will be described in a proposal or written agreement between you and Ready Aim Site before work begins.
3. Quotes and payments
Every project is custom-quoted. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms — including any deposit — will be outlined in your project agreement.
4. Client responsibilities
To keep your project on track, we ask that you provide the content, feedback, and approvals we need in a reasonable timeframe. You confirm that anything you send us (text, images, logos, etc.) is yours to use or that you have permission to use it.
5. Ownership
Once your project is paid for in full, you own the final design and content delivered for your website. We may keep and reuse general knowledge, tools, and techniques developed while doing your project.
6. Third-party services
Your website may rely on third-party services (for example, domain registrars, hosting providers, or Google Business). Those services have their own terms, and Ready Aim Site isn't responsible for their availability or actions.
7. Warranty and liability
Our website and services are provided "as is." We do our best to deliver quality work, but we can't guarantee specific business results (such as a certain amount of traffic, ranking, or revenue). To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ready Aim Site is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may end a project as described in the project agreement. You remain responsible for any work already completed up to the date of termination.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
